This weekend, we went on our first camping trip of the summer... to Deer Lake. We had never been here before, but enjoyed it very much. The sites are very secluded from one another and the lake was great. The kids did a lot of fishing, as you can see.
I was amazed at how fast all the organizing of camping comes back to you. Once we got there, all we had to do was relax. It was great being able to take a nap in the trailer quietly while all the kids are busy playing around, sitting by the fire. The only sad part is we don't have another trip planned until August long weekend, but maybe something will come up before then.

It looks like you all had fun. Kenton is SO tall! Yikes! I didn't know that your boys liked to fish..that's pretty cool! ;)
Ummm...where are the blender drinks? Or are those reserved for camping with the Larnders? :)

They didn't catch anything...and yes, the blender drinks are reserved for the Larnders!
