Today, I accomplished a goal I never thought was possible for me. I completed the Vancouver Sun Run, and I'm proud to say that I RAN the entire 10k! I've never considered myself athletic, but in the last few months I've really enjoyed taking up running. Running is great exercise, but I also really enjoy it because it's time for myself and I can spend time reflecting on life and talking to God with no distractions.
I'm not sure yet of my times and standing, but I guess I'll find out in the Vancouver Sun tomorrow!

Wow! Very impressive. It's something that I have been tossing around lately, but haven't decided if I would be up for a marathon yet. Maybe a half marathon next year. We'll see.
